It doesn’t matter if you couldn’t hula as a child! We have weighted hoops which are easier for adults, and although the first lesson can include a lot of picking the hoop up from the floor, the body does start to work out the technique – just keep trying. The class covers the basics every week, and a range of movement. Arm-tricks are taught each week as well as some fun routines. Hula is great for toning the waist, legs and arms.
