Sometimes it can be overwhelming joining a pole class of mixed abilities, so this class is strictly beginner-level only (including complete beginners). You can build up your strength gradually and get to grips with the basic techniques. This class covers spins, climbing, knees, basic inverts, seats, stretches and some floor work! It’s a fun environment being with other beginners, and it only takes 3 weeks from your first class for muscles to develop so that you can progress and start building strength.

If you are sharing a pole with someone in your ‘bubble’ or household, please only book one place and your pole partner will pay on the day (£7).
