This class covers approximately 25min cardio, 10min of strength-work, squats, 5min mat-work and finished off with stretches. The strength section is a personal choice of exercise equipment – we have various weights, hula hoops, thigh master, ab curler, aerobic step and mats so you can work on the areas you want to tone. Guidance always available if you’re not sure what to do! There are also different options throughout the cardio section so you can work at your own level.
