Aerobics / LBT


All abilities welcome! Aerobics covers approximately 25min cardio, 10min of strength-work, 5min mat-work and finished off with stretches. Legs, Bums & Tums aims to tone the stomach, legs & buttocks with a Tabata-style workout – 20 seconds, rest for 10, 20 seconds, rest for 10. Please bring a mat if you have one.
