Aerial Hoop is a fun and rewarding type of fitness! It can be tough on the hands and bruise the knees and ache the muscles, but it’s completely worth it when you see what you can achieve in just a few lessons. We have 3 hoops of different sizes, points and heights as well as gymnastic rings. Strength builds after just 3 weeks and there’s a huge range of moves and combos to learn.
